Ronald is a former competitive ski racer and pioneering software engineer dedicated to climate change. As CEO of CO2A Global, he leads AI-powered tools delivering line-item carbon analysis for procurement. His work has analyzed trillions in spend data, unlocking 5-10% cost and carbon reductions in complex supply chains. Ronald founded Cloudbuy.com, championing sustainability standards including BASDA Green XML and green procurement initiatives for major institutions like the NHS, and built the Health Care Without Harm supply chain calculator.

Josh is an advocate, strategist and author who works to build cutting-edge, multisectoral initiatives for environment, health and justice. Over two decades he has worked for a climate resilient, low carbon and equitable health care sector. He established HCWH's Global Green and Healthy Hospitals Network with members in 80 countries. Working with WHO, Josh spearheaded campaigns to eliminate mercury in healthcare and secure commitments from 100+ governments for sustainable, low-carbon health care.

Heidi has worked in sustainability for two decades across the Manufacturing, Construction and Healthcare sectors. She helps organisations understand their environmental impact and embed sustainability into strategic decision-making. She has developed action plans supporting the NHS Net Zero and Social Value agenda, working with teams to turn ambition into practical outcomes. Her career includes extensive stakeholder engagement, strategy development and senior roles requiring technical expertise and leadership. She is a Fellow of ISEP (formerly known as IEMA), a fellow of CIWM (Chartered Institute of Waste Managers), a Chartered Environmentalist, a Chartered Waste Manager, and a full member of the Institution of Environmental Sciences.

Experienced Director and Consultant with a long career in Sustainability, Social Value, ESG, CSR, Energy Management, and Business Development. Based in the Lake District with lifelong green interests. Graeme brings a wealth of management experience at senior and board level across facilities management, health, nuclear, manufacturing, electronics, and energy sectors. He has successfully managed Sustainability and Social Value projects for Central Government, NHS, Sellafield Ltd and Nuclear Decommissioning Agency. His current goal is to drive PHS Group's sustainability and social value strategy, meet PHS's Net Zero 2040 target, and establish PHS as the go-to company for sustainable solutions.
