Our Community Standards

Olympian Climate Champions is committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative community. This Code of Conduct outlines the values and expectations for all members, volunteers, staff, and partners.

• Professional experience or expertise level

2. Collaborative Engagement

We value diverse perspectives and encourage open dialogue. When engaging with others:

• Focus on ideas and solutions, not personal attacks

3. Unacceptable Behavior

The following behaviors are not tolerated within our community:

4. Accountability and Consequences

Community members who violate this Code of Conduct may face consequences including:

• A private conversation to address the concern
• A formal warning
• Temporary suspension from community activities
• Permanent removal from the community

The severity of consequences will be determined based on the nature and context of the violation.
